Objective
Success Saudi was just an idea when the founder first approached us.
The vision: Create a local podcast that highlights inspiring success stories of individuals who made it in Saudi Arabia - both locals and expats.
The goal was to:
- Provide valuable insights to people moving to, or already living in, Saudi Arabia
- Establish a professional podcast brand across video, audio, and social platforms
- Support the host's personal brand growth in parallel

2. Video Production & Direction
- Coordinated closely with the videographer to ensure optimal filming setup
- Gave continuous feedback to maintain professional visual quality
- Delivered 4K videos with clean, dynamic editing: multi-camera transitions, rough cuts & polish, brand-consistent visual identity
3. Content Localization & Publishing
- Since the podcast is in English, we added full Arabic subtitles to improve accessibility and reach
- Handled everything for YouTube SEO: thumbnails, descriptions, timestamps, tags
- Published episodes on audio platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts)
4. Launch Campaign & Promotion
- Created a launch video to generate anticipation
- Designed the content to introduce the podcast's purpose clearly and engagingly
- Planned and executed the rollout across platforms
